  With a free prefrontal cortex, he came prepared for learning... 
  And learn he did, as his memory campus would get soiled with complex realities. 
  In my first anatomy tour, all I saw were dry cadavers, 
  But by the end of my tenure, I saw my own fresh blood. 
  No tribal marks but you can tell he started out with an Afro. 
  And in this foreign soil, explorations were his special dish. 
  To-and-fro he evolved... and no, he didn't hail from the safari. 
  From a genial ark but he always kept his wits about him. 
  And when he stepped out, he was like a fresh aphrodisiac. 
  Through his eyes, you could hear all of his favorite tunes. 
  Black vanilla at his core as he had a thing for interfacing. 
  General with a stylus brush, 
  Hankie forever in the back pocket. 
  Like his paws, his heart appears four-chambered, 
  But on closer inspection, you see a fifth chamber a short distance away from the rest. 
  A blind Cub walking in the midst of hyenas, 
  With lesions so deep, they suffocated him where it hurt most. 
  The pages are filled with art and expression, 
  As I relive this once-in-a-lifetime experience... 
  Which shaped me into the man I am today.

The fear of being misrepresented or misunderstood is a constant source of stress. 
  Beyond the constant media attention, there is also the mental and emotional toll of maintaining a perfect public persona. The expectation to be both flawless and likable can create an intense pressure to conform to a specific image. Celebrities often feel the need to present a life that is far from reality, masking struggles and imperfections for the sake of maintaining their status. Many celebrities suffer from mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, and loneliness, as they grapple with the weight of their fame and the desire to meet impossible expectations.

  Only a select few actors become international stars in their time, but none had as unique a career as Charlie Chaplin. Chaplin was the first true film star, and he managed to do so even when films were still silent. He has been honored with too many awards to count, and the fact that his name remains instantly recognizable nearly a century after his first film is a testament to his influence.  
  In the 1920s, the burgeoning movie industry was starting to come into its own, and alongside actor and director Charlie Chaplin, Buster Keaton was at the peak of Hollywood.   Everything about Rudolph Valentino, from his body to the characters he played, was exotic. His career may have been abbreviated by his premature death at the age of 31, but Valentino popularized the (somewhat racist) stereotype of the “Latin lover” in Hollywood, and even his name was markedly more out of the ordinary than those of other actors.  
  Of all the great movie stars, there may be none more enigmatic than Greta Garbo, who remains internationally famous despite the fact her life and career raise more questions than answers. How did a Swedish actress with very little film acting experience in her native land arrive in the United States and achieve instant stardom? Most actresses had to wait years before they were offered starring roles in major films, yet Garbo was ushered to the front of the line and perched atop the MGM pantheon at a time in which it was the studio par excellence.

  Gays on Broadway
