Synopsis

The world order is constantly evolving and thus change can be considered a constant factor. But the impact of the pandemic caused by the Corona virus, the developments in Afghanistan, the Ukraine conflict and the serious conflict between the major powers have given this evolution a sharp edge. 'One change and four tremors creating a new picture. These 'four shocks' in their own way have contributed to global anxiety and insecurity in various ways. Inevitably, the world has high expectations from India in this period of great upheaval, and India is leading the way to become a leading global leader. 
जागतिक व्यवस्था ही कायम उत्क्रांत होत असते आणि त्याअर्थाने बदलाला एक स्थिर घटक मानता येईल. पण कोरोना विषाणूमुळे निर्माण झालेल्या महामारीचा परिणाम, अफगाणिस्तानमधील घडामोडी, युक्रेन संघर्ष आणि प्रमुख शक्तींमधील गंभीर संघर्ष ह्यामुळे ह्या उत्क्रांतीला एक तीक्ष्ण धार दिली गेली आहे. 'एक बदल आणि चार हादरें एक नवे चित्र निर्माण करत आहे.आपापल्या परीने ह्या 'चार धक्यांनी' जागतिक चिंता आणि असुरक्षिततेमध्ये विविध प्रकारांनी भर टाकली आहे. प्रचंड उलथापालथीच्या ह्या काळात अपरिहार्यपणे जगाला भारताकडून मोठ्या अपेक्षा आहेत आणि त्यातून एक अग्रगण्य जागतिक नेतृत्व बनण्याच्या मार्गावर भारत अग्रेसर होत आहे.
