Synopsis

അഗ്നിയില്‍ സ്ഫുടം ചെയ്‌തെടുത്ത ഒരു സ്ത്രീജീവിതത്തിന്റെ കഥ. ഒരു സമുദായത്തിന്റെയും സമൂഹത്തിന്റെയും രാഷ്ട്രത്തിന്റെയും ചരിത്രവും സംസ്‌കാരവും ആ ജീവിതത്തിന്റെ ഹോമാഗ്നിയാക്കിക്കൊണ്ട് ലളിതാംബിക അന്തര്‍ജനം അതുവരെയുള്ള ആഖ്യാനങ്ങളില്‍നിന്നും വേറിട്ട ഒരു നോവല്‍പ്പാത സൃഷ്ടിക്കുന്നു.

Agnisakshi by Lalithambika Antharjanam is the story of a woman who's life has been moulded in fire. The novel weaves a narrative that questions the traditions of a community juxtaposed against an evolving and revolting society that undergoes drastic social, political and cultural changes.
