Beschreibung

The story of "Saeed Mahran's Grandson" tells the story of a young man who completely identifies with the character of "Saeed Mahran" from the novel "The Thief and the Dogs." He leads a criminal organization under bridges, exploiting his helpless appearance and his love of books. 
The psychiatrist who investigates him begins to question his reality after discovering strange similarities between him and the novel. 
The story ends with a surprise attack in the clinic, followed by a shocking revelation that confuses the doctor himself: Was the entire story a hallucination? Or a real Mahfouz curse?
