A wicked smile curled her lips, and I recalled some of the rumors about her. About how she was openly bisexual. Hell, not just openly, but blatantly. I shifted in the chair, hoping that my sudden interest wasn't too obvious. "It's no big deal," I shrugged. And how had we moved from Shawna's relationship with her father to me? "I just haven't ever found a guy I wanted to settle down with." "A guy?" Ariel asked, her voice low and teasing. "Or a girl?" "Either, I guess," I said absently, and then bit my lip as my secret spilled out into the open air. "Oh, hell," I moaned. "Three years at this school and now it's out." I glared at the two teenagers.
