Synopsis

One of the most neglected areas of sales training has to do with the use of your voice .  The most important thing you can do to close more sales is to train your voice.  You start by recording your presentations.  As you listen and review them ask yourself, “If I was calling on me would I be convinced – would I buy from me?”  Zig Ziglar advises the sales professional on how to close more sales with simply learning how to use your voice.
