Beschreibung

Much Ado About Nothing by William Shakespeare Much Ado About Nothing is a comedy by William Shakespeare thought to have been written in 1598 and 1599. The play was included in the First Folio, published in 1623.

The play is set in Messina and revolves around two romantic pairings that emerge when a group of soldiers arrive in the town. The first, between Claudio and Hero, is nearly altered by the accusations of the villain, Don John. The second romance, between Claudio's friend Benedick and Hero's cousin Beatrice, takes centre stage as the play goes on, with both characters' wit and banter providing much of the humour.

Through "noting" (sounding like "nothing", and meaning gossip, rumour, overhearing), Benedick and Beatrice are tricked into confessing their love for each other, and Claudio is tricked into believing that Hero is not a maiden (virgin). The title's play on words references the secrets and trickery that form the backbone of the play's comedy, intrigue, and action.

Performed by Propaganda and featuring four exclusive original songs.
In this debut collection of essays and poetry, musician, speaker, and activist Propaganda inspires us to create a better, more equitable world.
“If we get to make the very cultures that shape who we are, then let us remake them in the best way possible.”
In this deep, challenging, and thoughtful book, Propaganda looks at the ways in which our world is broken. Using the metaphor of terraforming—creating a livable world out of an inhospitable one—he shows how we can begin to reshape our homes, friendships, communities, and politics.
In this transformative time—when we are redefining what a truly just and equitable world looks like, and reflecting on the work that needs to be done both in our spiritual and secular lives—Propaganda rallies readers to create that just world. He sheds light on how nefarious origin stories have skewed our views of ourselves and others and allowed gross injustices, and demonstrates how great storytelling and excellent art can create and shape new perspectives of the world and make all of us better.
?Includes the songs "" IAGBTW (It Ain't Gotta Be This Way)”, "" The Soils Alive"", "" Us We "", and ""Imagine"" (featuring Nahoa Life) by Propaganda.

    The Prince
    By Niccolò Machiavelli
A timeless masterpiece on power, strategy, and statecraft, The Prince is one of the most influential political treatises ever written. First penned in 1513, Niccolò Machiavelli offers a bold and unapologetic guide on how rulers can acquire and maintain power, often advocating for pragmatism over morality.
With razor-sharp insights into human nature, deception, and governance, Machiavelli argues that a successful leader must be cunning, adaptable, and, when necessary, ruthless. From the necessity of fear over love to the art of war and manipulation, The Prince remains a vital read for politicians, strategists, and anyone seeking to understand the complex dynamics of power.
Whether admired as a manual for leadership or criticized as a blueprint for tyranny, The Prince continues to shape political thought centuries after its publication. This edition, translated by W.K. Marriott, preserves the clarity and brilliance of Machiavelli’s original work, making it accessible to modern readers."It is better to be feared than loved, if you cannot be both."

Edward Abbey, who never much liked Alaska, called it "our biggest, buggiest, boggiest state." To others, it has been a cure for despair. When Michael Engelhard moved to Fairbanks more than three decades ago, he was a cheechako, a subarctic tenderfoot. Gathering skills and experiences the hard way, he attained "Sourdough" status while realizing there would always be more to learn, see, and do in the land of midnight sun and auroras.

En route, Engelhard suffered frostbite, stubborn yaks, grizzly charges, trophy hunters, cold-water immersion, heartbreak, incontinent raptors, one pesky squirrel, and honeymooners from abroad. He tried to rescue a raven and explored Arctic dunes and a glacier's blue heart, and his own as he mingled with caribou on their epic journeys.
