Synopsis

In his first book ‘Why Not?’, the author, William J. stressed the importance of respecting fear in addition to introducing various approaches to manifest your dreams, goals and ambitions. In the follow up ’Be’, the reader is given what he calls ‘the ingredients’ to develop self-management, set expectations and learn to trust themselves regardless to whatever obstacle comes their way. 
Throughout ‘Be’, William J emphasizes the importance of minimizing distractions by quieting your mind, acknowledging when you’ve made a mistake and letting go! This is one of the many invaluable lessons that is dispensed throughout the book coming from experience, learning to strive for consistency and not perfection.
