You will set a crystal clear intention to be free of ancestral addiction. You will give yourself permission to fully receive the miracle of this healing and you will ask the Reiki energy to help you. You will set this intention with strong focus and conviction in your mind and body. You will silently say to yourself “My intention is to be free of ancestral addiction". You don’t have to know how this is going to happen as you surrender to the powerful healing of Reiki. You just relax and trust the process.
