Synopsis

A gripping crime novel of two sisters—one has disappeared, the other is behind bars. 
The sisters, born in different times and places, only learned of each other's existence through their father’s will. Their meeting was far from a happy family reunion. The discovery of shared inheritance sparked tension, and now one sister is missing under mysterious circumstances, while the other is in prison, claiming she’s been wrongly accused. 
With no other family to turn to, the incarcerated sister reaches out to a crime journalist, insisting on her innocence through a series of determined letters. But as the journalist digs deeper, he uncovers a story that may be far darker and more shocking than anything she’s revealed.
