Synopsis

Alec's Luck Runs Cold When the Cards Get Hot 
In the seedy underbelly of Solitaire Casinos, Alec's penchant for gambling teeters on the precipice of disaster. Deep in debt and working for free, his future hangs on a razor-thin edge, as elusive as the four of spades he desperately chases. When Jane—the collector with uncanny timing—pulls him from the table, Alec is thrust into a dangerous game where the stakes are life and death. 
Haunted by his own demons and a past he can't shake, Alec is tasked with shadowing Jack Bardlow—a man with a haunting visage and a history of leaving enemies in his wake. As moral ambiguity blurs the lines, Alec must navigate the treacherous path between loyalty and survival, knowing one misstep could be his last. With luck as fickle as fate, can Alec find Jack without losing himself to the shadows?
