In a future where technology blurs the lines of reality, two women, Dinesa and Yoshiko, navigate their desires and ambitions. Dinesa, in technologically advanced Cambridge, starts a fertility cult, while Yoshiko seeks freedom in a remote North Sea colony. Their paths intertwine through telepathic communication and shared desires, as they both strive to reshape their worlds. Meanwhile, Richard, Dinesa's partner, makes a groundbreaking discovery with potentially catastrophic consequences. 
Review for the series: 
I think I've found my new favourite sci-fi series. With nods to Brave New World and echoes of 1984, this book brings a modern perspective to the classics. The characters are intriguing; the world is familiar yet foreign; and the story is captivating. I can't believe it ended where it did - I kept trying to find more pages just in case! This definitely makes my top ten of 2024, and I am so excited to read more.
