Sequel to Home Before Sundown
In 1861, eleven-year old Zachary Taylor Browne marches off to war as a drummer boy with the 14th Brooklyn Chasseurs under the leadership of Lieutenant Steve Marriott, whom he worships. During the Battle of Antietam, he saves his lieutenant's life and earns the nickname Sharps. When the 14th musters out in 1864, Sharps and Marriott part ways.
Steve Marriott has always liked the boy under his care but lost track of him after the war. Marriott becomes a wagon master, and in 1869 receives word the family of an old friend needs his help in traveling to the Dakotas. On the journey there, he crosses paths once again with Sharps, now a young man, and falls hopelessly in love.
But there's danger awaiting them on the trail as well as misunderstandings. Can they arrive safely at their destination? Will Steve's feelings be returned? And if so, can he and Sharps find a home together in the wild territory?

    BAZ

It was a meet-cute that should have come with a happy ending. I was hardly at my best when I caught Andy snapping photos of me topless in the name of street photography. I fired angry words at him. In exchange, he gave me his jacket to keep me warm. Thus began our friendship and an unrequited crush on a man who was about to get married.

    ANDY

After a photography assignment in the Middle East left me scarred, I have no choice but to face the many issues in my life—my marriage is over, my wife has moved on, and I may never hold another camera between my hands. But there's no hurdle I can't get over once I have my best friend, Baz, in my life. When he tries to transition from a stylist to a journalist at the magazine where he works, he enlists my help in writing a column. How can I prove to him that moving from best friends to lovers makes sense when he's determined to prove the opposite?

After unwittingly inserting himself in the middle of a sting operation, Hunter Reeves finds himself sworn in as the newest agent of The Order, an international detective and crime-fighting organization - and under the supervision, of all things, a vampire named Kai. Hunter has precious little time to adjust to his new life, complicated by the fact he and Kai are quickly falling for one another.
But a series of fateful choices leads Kai to make a crucial decision that will affect their lives (and afterlives). Can Hunter cope with a rapidly changing world he finds himself pledged to protect?
"Reawakening is an engaging tale that thrives on the strength of its characters and the tension of its plot. McPherson's writing is immersive, with moments of humor and humanity that offset the darker themes. I would recommend this book to readers who enjoy supernatural fiction with a strong emotional core—fans of urban fantasy, romance, and action-packed thrillers alike." -Thomas Anderson, Literary Titan

    Sequel to Vampire Food
A former blood slave. A talkative vampire. Dreams about canned goods.
Chaton Roux was rescued from a blood bar and taken to a gated community of supernaturals. For two years, he's kept his head down and done his best to avoid people. The only time he finds peace is when he's in the garden he shares with his best friend. They're doing their best to grow as many vegetables as possible since the community is on the verge of starving.
Asher Blackmore knows he should keep his distance, but there is something about Chaton that always makes him want to push for more. Things would've been easier if he'd been a mayfly shifter, then he wouldn't have a mouth and wouldn't say stupid things all the time.
When the community's business goes up in flames, the threat of starvation becomes all the more real, and Chaton does his best to come up with ways to preserve food to last them through winter. It's hard labor, but what better way to deal with a chatty vampire than to drag him into the kitchen and put him to work?

Do you know the reason for the season?
College student Austin Emerson is just trying to make it to his sister's for the holiday break. He didn't count on his car's transmission failing, his ride taking off to Vegas with his gas money, or what the weather forecasters are calling the snowpocalypse. With his options dwindling, Austin takes a chance with a stranger's number from the campus ride share. It's only a nine-hour drive, what can go wrong?
Taciturn Maddox Brennan has his own reason for driving from Michigan's Upper Peninsula to Flint in the middle of a snowstorm. One he's not willing to share. When the storm of the century leaves them stranded at a motel, neither one is prepared for their developing closeness. What will happen when the plows make it through? Will they go their separate ways, or will they find there's more than one reason they were brought together this season?
