Synopsis

It's the day of the Mayor's annual grand parade but the Mayor's chain of office has been stolen and the whole day could be ruined. 
Ike Mulberry and his friends have organised a special search for the culprit and PC Roberts is able to make an arrest and get the chain back just in time. The parade is saved and the celebration party is enjoyed by everyone with lots of music and dancing.
