Life is like an elevator… 
Virginia is at a low point in her life—feeling abandoned by family and fresh from a breakup, she’s having trouble starting over, especially in her career.  
Just be sure to get off on the right floor. 
In desperation she takes a job as an Elevator Girl in a kitschy hotel that seems to be stuck in the 1970s, and strange things begin to happen—run-ins with oddball guests, sightings of a woman who was allegedly murdered decades ago, and the mind-blowing discovery of a secret in the basement that will have Virginia reconsidering the direction of her life!
