Summary

Edward is a devoted member of the Royal guard and guardian to the emperor’s beautiful companion. When he’s entrusted to deliver the lady through the emptiness of space they’re suddenly attacked by pirates. Throughout the ordeal he knows he must keep her safe, not only because it’s his job to do so, but because he himself is deeply in love with her. There are moments he can’t go on but with her by his side he knows he can overcome anything. However, can Edward come to terms with the idea that Sabelle will never completely be his. Can he safely deliver her into the hands of the emperor, or will this voyage be their last one together?
