Synopsis

When Cole, a professional with exceptional skills, attempts to flee from his most recent assignment, he is immediately captivated by a woman in distress. In the perspective of this shifter, Lucy is that girl. Nevertheless, despite the fact that she appears to be in dire need, she is not entirely powerless, which is one of the reasons Cole appears to have been drawn to her. Lucy awakens to discover that she is in the grasp of an unknown individual after being knocked unconscious. Nevertheless, it is the stranger's chiseled jaw and handsome appearance that have her entirely at his mercy. However, she is further motivated to remain when she uncovers his true identity. Lucy has not always been a particularly kind individual; rather, she has been a bit of a rebel. When the two entities unite, what consequences will ensue? A rebellious runaway in search of a place to belong and a ferocious shifter in search of a mate.
