Synopsis

In this collection of almost two hundred poems that stick the knife in - but the knife tickles and makes you laugh, Sam captures the modern world in the most vivid colours.  
Poking and prodding at the minutiae of daily life with a chewed brush and painting with words that highlight their more curious aspects, these are pictures you won’t soon forget.  
In the first few dozen pages, our man has covered litter, unboxing videos, spousal abuse, body art, the environment, the rat race, pornography, the digital world and more. It’s a swerving, swooping, doing‐a‐wheelie‐on‐a‐Raleigh‐chopper ride through the world of Sam Marsh’s mind and the stabilisers are off! Sam Marsh doesn’t go with the flow. He is his own flow. His work is a secret treat for the initiated and a sparkling future discovery for those with the will to dig for such prizes. It’s not for everyone; but what is that’s really worth the effort? He’s a punk, a musician, a poet and a Buddhist and sees no conflict in this whatsoever.
