Beschreibung

England, in the summer of 1940, awaits invasion from Nazi Germany. Dan Hawkes has been sent to sit out the war with his Uncle and Aunt in their sleepy Dorset village. Dan’s only companion is Kitty Finch, an inquisitive evacuee with a nose for trouble. Dan is eager to make his own contribution to the war effort. Thanks to Kitty, he gets a far bigger opportunity than he bargained for... 
As they search for an escape from their increasingly desperate situation, it seems Dan must choose between saving himself, his friends or his country.
