A Crooked Boxing Promoter’s Nightmare 
An ex-champion’s revenge 
‘SLUG FEST’-In an international boxing tournament sponsored by wealthy promoters who have hired the best boxers money can buy, careers are built and broken within the highs and lows of the boxing world. Some who have experienced the highest of highs in the ring only to be crippled by the people closest to them desire to set things straight, and one capable ex-champion is going to exact his revenge in, RH Peppers’, Lefty’s SlugFest. 
Virgil ‘Sticks’ Sinclair has waited twenty years to return to a boxing tournament he once dominated. This time around as a trainer, boxing is the last thing on his mind, longing for revenge on a ruthless promoter who betrayed him so long ago causes the crafty ex-champ to risk everything he has, even his life to get back what was taken from him. As we witness Virgil’s calculated plan unfold during the week long tournament (Lefty’s SlugFest) he takes us back in time when things were good in his life and his relationship with the promoter was brotherly and very profitable.
