Synopsis

Darphopia is at war. 
It has been just over a year since Riki Yamamoto became the new King of Bladelheim, and all he has in his mind are fears and worries. With his brother dethroned and locked away in the dungeons, King Riki must learn to rule over a forever-changed kingdom as he constantly questions whether he is doing right by his people. 
But it is when King Riki pays a visit to his friend, Princess Jazmine of Aimheim, that a terrible threat to all Darphopia makes itself known. Everyday problems seem trivial now that the Darphopians' very existence is at stake. Despite their differences, despite their quarrels with one another, they all must fight to survive. 
But whom, exactly, are they fighting? Who is this force of nature who has declared war upon them? 
The Darphopia: The Second God War audiobook is narrated by the author and includes definitive depictions of the Darphopian accents and dialects, as well as the song "Lillie", composed and performed on piano by the author herself.  
Darphopia is a fantasy series about a land based on British and Japanese culture, and it depicts a people who are disenchanted with God and whose ancestors killed God and usurped His power. 
This audiobook version of Darphopia: The Second God War does not include the "Glossary" and "Spells" sections found in other versions of the book. 
This book contains suggestive themes and depictions of domestic abuse.
