Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas by Hunter S. Thompson follows the drug-fueled road trip of Raoul Duke and his attorney, Dr. Gonzo, to Las Vegas. The journey begins as an assignment to cover the Mint 400 motorcycle race but quickly devolves into a chaotic search for the American Dream.
