Synopsis

The residual seed is God's people. The Lord is preparing to sow the remnant of His people once more. Many Christians are literally dying to themselves, and the seed of God is being sowed with toil and weeping. Waiting for the Lord's time has been one of the major delays. God's plans are well-coordinated.

Many people have been preparing for this hour for years as the Lord has been working on them and empowering them. We've arrived at a fork in His blueprint, and big changes are on the way.

The journey has been long and arduous, but God has blessed us with new life at various points to encourage us to keep pressing in to Him. Toronto was given to us by God to provide delight to His people. Brownsville was his gift to us, with a focus on repentance. Other manifestations of God's grace have been used by the Church to bring us to this point.

The Lord of the Harvest has now appeared. Everyone is called to participate in the harvest; prayer is the beginning of the harvest of souls and promises. The Lord will even deliver the one for whom you intercede, even though he is not innocent, according to Job 22:30. Through intercession and the purity of our hands, he shall be delivered.

Help for those struggling with perfectionism and guilt in their Christian walk. Many Christians, often without even realizing it, struggle with a type of Christian perfectionism. We strive to please God but are plagued with anxiety about making mistakes. We want to do God’s will but live with a self-berating inner voice even as we seek to serve him. We sincerely believe the gospel and love Jesus but struggle with never feeling good enough before God. How can Christians wholeheartedly pursue God without an undercurrent of guilt, fear, or anxiety? How can imperfect people experience God's peace while seeking to obey his perfect standards? Author Faith Chang addresses the struggles of her fellow "Christian perfectionists" through meditations on God’s character. With nuance and care, she writes for those who seek to grow in Christ and live for God’s glory yet live in fear of failure. She explores the Bible to show that as God deals with us as in-process people, he is far more merciful, righteous, and patient than we may have imagined. As we consider how he interacts bountifully with us, the weary and scrupulous Christian perfectionist will be freed to pursue God while experiencing his love and peace. There are prayers between each chapter for specific situations Christian perfectionists face, such as “A Prayer for When You Feel You’re a Fake.” Reflection questions are included for those reading the book in small groups or one on one.

In this satirical, allegorical essay, Māra - the Buddhist personification of evil and death - writes a letter to his armies with instructions on how to keep his subjects trapped in his realm of birth and death.

Māra is portrayed as a modern figure who views his dominions through a computer monitor. His armies personify the mental defilements that prevent one from attaining true liberation.

This essay will help make traditional Buddhist Cosmology and doctrine accessible for modern readers.

An Understandable and Reliable Guide to Revelation
Over 12 chapters, Blessed covers the full text of the book of Revelation, exploring its call to patient endurance as God's sovereign plans for judgment and salvation are worked out in the world. In this book, Guthrie shows how Revelation is less about when Jesus will return and more about who we are to be, what we are to do, and what we can expect to endure as we wait for Jesus to return to establish his kingdom in the new creation.
With a friendly and engaging tone, Blessed takes the fear, intimidation, and confusion away from studying Revelation, providing a solid and accessible resource that individuals and small groups can use to study this important yet often avoided book.

    - Understand the Book of Revelation: Helps readers make sense of Revelation's unique apocalyptic symbolism, visual imagery, and Old Testament allusions
    - Transformative Personal Application: Every chapter asks and answers the question, What does it mean to hear and keep this part of Revelation and thereby experience its promised blessing?
    - A Focus on What Is Clear and Uncontroversial: Highlights Revelation's call for a costly allegiance to Christ and a refusal to compromise with the world rather than focusing on interpretive approaches and disputes

Shelley Shepard Gray’s first book in her Charmed Amish Life series is set in the quaint Amish village of Charm, Ohio, and tells the stories of the Kinsinger siblings who are each struggling to find both forgiveness and love in the face of tragedy.
Three months ago, everything changed for Darla Kurtz and her family. Darla’s father was responsible for a terrible fire at Charm’s lumber mill which killed five Amish men. And though he, too, lost his life, the town of Charm hasn’t looked at her family the same since. Even Lukas Kinsinger—with whom Darla used to have a close friendship.
Now her brother’s anger at the town is spilling over onto Darla, and she has the bruises to prove it. The accident already cost five lives, but if something doesn’t change soon, Darla fears it will cost her—and her family—even more.
Lukas Kinsinger wants to mourn the loss of his father, but he can hardly find the time to breathe. Suddenly the head of his father’s lumber mill and responsible for taking care of his three siblings, he’s feeling the pressure. He has also never felt more alone—especially with the new tension between he and Darla. But when he learns of her troubles at home, Lukas knows he can’t simply stand by and watch. Someone has to help her before another tragedy occurs.
As Lukas and Darla attempt to repair their families, they discover something deeper than friendship growing between them. But will Lukas and Darla’s love be accepted after so much loss? Or will the pain of the past overcome any chance of future happiness?
