Synopsis

When reporter Joe Dunn wakes atop the RCA Building after a violent storm, he expects the noise and pulse of Manhattan below. Instead, he finds a city without motion, sound, or people—an entire world halted in a single moment of time. As he wanders through silent streets, deserted buildings, and motionless rivers, he becomes convinced he may be the last man left alive. But everything changes when he discovers that he isn’t alone, and that the truth behind the frozen world may lie in the cryptic warnings of a strange man he once interviewed in New Jersey.
