Leadership Principles for Pastors and Leaders Navigating the Challenges of Pastoral Ministry
The church is experiencing a leadership crisis. For every celebrity pastor exiting in the spotlight, there are hundreds of lesser-known pastors leaving in the shadows. Why are so many pastors leaving the ministry? Bestselling author Paul David Tripp suggests that lurking behind the failure of a pastor is a weak leadership community.
Turning to Scripture for guidance, Tripp presents readers with 12 leadership-community principles necessary for a gospel-centered leadership model. Here is a book with a message for those new to ministry as well as those experienced in it—God's abiding presence is your hope in leadership.

- Perfect for Pastors and Church Leaders: Presents a church-leadership model that is informed by the gospel of Jesus Christ
- Practical: Highlights 12 principles for leadership: achievement, gospel, limits, balance, character, war, servants, candor, identity, restoration, longevity, and presence
- Now with Study Questions: Use these prompts to reflect on each chapter alone or in a small-group setting

"Sister, it couldn't have happened! It was all a dream, like the other time," the priest declared. But Sister Catherine was sure she had truly seen Our Lady…and then Our Lady appeared to her again! Would the priest ever believe her? Would he ever have the Medals made as Our Lady had asked? This wonderful story captures what happened when the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to St. Catherine Laboure and the beginning of the Miraculous Medal.
Mary Fabyan Windeatt was known as “the storyteller of the saints.” In the 1950s and 60s, she wrote over twenty historical fiction novels on the saints, bringing to life these holy men and women for young readers across the world. By artistically rendering familiar stories, the Windeatt books help readers see that the saints are real people whom we can emulate.

An experience in Arcana - Deity Worship @Mayapur Academy is concluded On the last note of our beloved Gurudeva, His Holiness Kadamba Kanana Swami, I was able to swim in the ocean of mercy of Śrī Guru and Gauranga, here in Śrī Māyāpur Dhāma. Śrīla Prabhupāda started worshipping Gaura-Nitai in Māyāpur and instructed his dear disciples to do the same. Jananivas Prabhu took up the service and soon instructed others. It is 2024. We have experienced everything that Māyāpur has to offer. We served behind the curtains to give blissful Darshan of Their Lordships Radha-Madhava Asta-Sakhi, Panca-Tattva & Prahlad-Narasimha-Deva. We danced and chanted extensively in the worlds birthplace of Harinam Sankirtan, and hopefully we tasted a little bit of that Nectar that Gaura-Nitai has to offer. I can only speak for myself, as these four months of International Arcana Diploma course have been deeply transformative and purifying through Sadhu Sanga, Kirtana, Prasadam, Parikramas and the service within the Deity Worship department. Actually, every school day was a profound experience of devotional service, and certainly everyone was blessing us with more nectar. We received so much in the form of wisdom, given by the Acaryas and foremost Śrīla Prabhupāda. We received direct blessings from His Divine Grace‘s disciples and grand disciples like HG Jananivas Prabhu, HG Kurma Caitanya Prabhu, HG Kṛṣṇa Kantha Prabhu and many more. Also, we received tools to be practically clean and ready for first-class Deity Worship. Hereby, I would like to invite all of my friends, devotees of the Lord, to do the same and come to Māyāpur for this rare opportunity. It is serious indeed, it is intense and surely it is a wonderful way to come closer to Radha-Kṛṣṇa, Gaura-Nitai and the transcendental mellow of devotional service.

It's not that we want to be controlling people; it's just that we want to prevent bad things from happening and bring stability to the chaos. Especially when we are afraid of what God seems to be allowing. So we come up with plans and get very intentional about trying to make everyone around us line up with what we really think is best.We don't have bad motives. We're just desperate to prevent another hardship, more heartbreak, and all the emotional turmoil that feels so unnecessary. But this only leads to a counterfeit version of control where we believe everything depends on us—a crushing weight we were never meant to bear.In this six-session video Bible study, Lysa TerKeurst addresses the tension so many of us live in, where it seems like the Lord isn't paying attention and the only reasonable option is to take matters into our own hands. She shows us how to:Identify the core fears that fuel us to reach for control but only compound the chaos.Know when we're crossing the line from healthy responsibility into the dangerous territory of fear-driven control.Recognize specific tactics of the enemy that keep us in spiritual confusion (about God) fueled by emotional exhaustion (from the relentlessness of life).Stop allowing the decisions of others to rob our peace by learning what to do when we feel tempted to inappropriately intervene, rescue, or control the narrative.Wrestle honestly with the Lord about hard questions like, Why aren't You doing more to change this person or these circumstances? and I didn't see You do it then, so how do I know You'll do it now?
The Audio Bible Studies series provides a unique audio learning experience. Unlike a traditional audiobook's direct narration of a book's text, this audio Bible study includes high-quality, live audio sessions from the author that cover important Bible-based topics. These sessions will reflect the ambiance of the unique recording locations, immersing the listener into the teaching. While no required for the audio experience, these studies are designed to partner with the coordinating study guide, sold separately.

Can you imagine what incredible things will happen when faith in God is carried out with purpose and action? Katy and Carlos Can can! The characters in this story demonstrate how the positive attitude and encouragement of one individual can spark belief and selfless teamwork in a whole community, allowing them all to succeed, to find happiness, and to even accomplish the seemingly impossible. This story alludes to the Bible story of Moses leading the Israelites out of Egypt, a place of slavery, to the Promised Land, which is a place of abundance and joy. With faith and action, we also can make this same belief a reality.

    Dear friend,

We know it deeply. It is so hard to juggle work, home, and spiritual life. As working women, we've wrestled with tough questions: How can I be effective in my work, and stay committed to the Gospel? How can I be dedicated to my family, when my job is so demanding? Why am I working so hard, and still so unfulfilled?

Sound familiar? Like you, we see a culture that promotes success at all costs, and working women are falling for it. It's happening every day. Priorities are shifting. Things are getting done . . . but are we doing what matters most?

And that's why we wrote this book. This is the story of how we traded the lies of the world for the truth of our loving Father—the lessons we learned that challenged culture's "good things" so we could find the greatest thing.

The book you're about to listen to is really a conversation—a conversation that pushes back against our culture with a Gospel-centered approach to work and womanhood, for the glory of God and the good of others.

Let's get to work. His way.
