YOUNG SHERLOCK HOLMES & JOHN WATSON
The case of the stolen penny farthing bicycle.
This completely new story I have written involves the 10 year old boys who will be the great detective Sherlock Holmes and Doctor Watson, his assistant, when they grow up, this is their formative years where they perfect their skills before adulthood on what my appear to be inconsequential subjects, but the principle remains the same.
This is just one of an extensive series I will be publishing as audio books in the very near future and I do hope you enjoy this first one, and its only 99 pence, all subsequent will remain at that price as I would not like price to be a barrier to your enjoyment.
I have worked very hard and meticulously to provide you with an enjoyable experience, the initial opening credit music which does run to approximately 2 minutes sets the scene, so to speak, a violin Holme's musical instrument of choice and is energetic and the closing music ends the tale on a more restrained mode and only about 1 minute.
The story itself runs to about just over 5 minutes and is of course a short story, it is read in my own voice.
The story involves the theft of a penning farthing bicycle owned by the son, Leopold 12 years old of the Duke of Westminster, who live in Grosvenor Square London in the late 1900's. Needless to say Holmes solves the mystery with aplomb and goes onto his next case.
The stories are designed to be entertaining to children of approximately the same age around 10 years old due to the characters involved.
I do hope you and you children, if applicable, enjoy this audiobook and let me know what you think, there are a lot more to come!

Indulge yourself with the charming and whimsical "From Machu Picchu to El Dorado" by Lino Omoboni. This is a voyage into the ancient past of the Incas as seen through the eyes of Melissa, a teenage girl who becomes central to their cause as both warrior and advocate, transported to a distant time many years into the past by the properties of a magical stone which she discovers whilst on a family holiday to the New Forest. Simplistically charming,"From Machu Picchu to El Dorado" a tale of vivid adventure where truth and reality, fact and fiction meet with an almost dream-like quality. It is hard to fathom whether Melissa's experience is real, imagined or dreamt as history, reality and imagination all fuse together in this vibrant story. As exotic as the empire it describes, "From Machu Picchu to El Dorado" will lead the reader on many twists and turns before reaching its colourful conclusion as good triumphs over evil with more than a passing nod to the history books.

    “Well-crafted . . . Endearing.”—Bulletin of the Center for Children’s Books
“A second cup of enchantment best savored slowly.”—Kirkus Reviews
Deep in the redwoods, in a magical town, anything can happen, and any creature—or monster—could exist. But when a team of myth-busters comes to Aldermere, they threaten its very existence—and eleven-year-old Fin will do anything to protect her home. For fans of Nevermoor and Amari and the Night Brothers, Emily Lloyd-Jones’s sequel to the acclaimed Unseen Magic is a story of trusting yourself and finding the friends who believe in you, no matter what.
Aldermere is a town with its own set of rules: there’s a tea shop that vanishes if you try to force your way in, crows that must be fed or they’ll go through your trash, and a bridge that has a toll that no one knows the cost of. Some say that there may even be bigfoots wandering through the woods.
It’s been six months since Fin saved Aldermere from someone intent on exploiting its magic. With spring break just around the corner, Fin’s plans are to relax, try to train her new raven friend, and read some of the mystery books she loves. But her plans are derailed when she and her friends find a baby bigfoot who’s been separated from her pack.
Then a film crew shows up, intending to add Aldermere to their web show debunking strange and magical legends. Fin can’t let the film crew put the bigfoot—and Aldermere—at risk. Now Fin, Eddie, and Cedar must keep the bigfoot hidden and find a way to track down her family. But Cedar’s been hiding a secret of her own; one that may complicate everything.
As monsters, friends, and enemies collide, Fin, Eddie, and Cedar have to trust one another with secrets both good and bad if they’re going to save the town they all love.
Emily Lloyd-Jones crafts a novel infused with magic that is sometimes wonderful and charming—and sometimes dangerous. The sequel to Indie Next Pick Unseen Magic, Unspoken Magic is perfect for fans of Christina Soontornvat’s A Wish in the Dark and Claribel A. Ortega’s Ghost Squad.
