Meditations to help you stop seeking inner peace—and start experiencing it instead.   Nirvana is not to be found in the fulfillment of endless desires, the analysis of profound thoughts, or even hours, days, or years of meditative contemplation. In fact, it is the very act of seeking to obtain happiness, peace, and enlightenment that keeps them out of reach.  Nirvana in a Nutshell offers 157 Zen meditations to help you discover what you might be doing (or not doing) in your life to sabotage your goal of reaching inner peace, your own personal paradise. But, as Scott Shaw explains, a desire for Nirvana is like any other desire—a cause of suffering. Let go of the quest and become that which you truly seek and you will find your own Nirvana.

There is Power in the Name of Jesus Christ
At the mention of the name of Jesus Christ, every situation must succumb, The name of Jesus is the most powerful name on earth and in heaven. God the father of all things gave Jesus Christ of Nazareth the "name that is above every name" (Philippians 2:9). The name of our Messiah is fearful in the kingdom of darkness; Jesus name is so powerful because of the humiliation that he endured, the sacrifice He made to die on Calvary Cross for sins he did not commit.
Jesus Christ accepted to die between two thieves on the cross like a common criminal—even though his life was righteous, Jesus lay down his life for us all, in his death, and being resurrected. Jesus Christ the son of God made a way through salvation where there seems to be no way for all of humanity to be saved and made right with God:
Salvation is free to all seekers that believe and calls on the name of the Lord will be saved" (Romans 10:13; The name "Jesus" is spiritually powerful because of the covenant of his death on the cross that made a way for our salvation.
Therefore God Almighty found Jesus worthy to be called the savior of earth because he agreed to lay down his own life as a ransom to pay the price for each and every of our soul, for this purpose Jehovah has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the mention of Jesus name every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
Believe in the name of Jesus Christ and every situation in your life will be compels to bow down and worship Jesus the Lord of lords and King of kings to the glory of God of all creation. No matter the health challenges, the financial stress, the relationship dramas, the work place power struggles and many countless situation Jesus is King.

This is a 2-book combo, which has the following titles:

Book 1: Jealousy can be real, and it can be annoying. I think everyone has experienced feelings of jealousy in their lives. It’s normal, but if it isn’t dealt with, it can cause more problems to occur.

That’s why this guide focuses on the symptoms, the different categories, and various solutions to combat those feelings. For example, sibling rivalry, envy in sports or career, sexual jealousy, and other forms of this highly toxic trait are described, broken down, and analyzed.

Book 2: Most people have experienced simple manifestations of jealousy, but there are exceptional cases and disorders that must be mentioned. In this book, some of those brain functions that border on insanity will be discussed and explained.

Aside from that, several chapters of the book refer to jealousy problems in marriage and other relationships. Apparently, this problem is more common than many presume it to be, so it is worth mentioning.

Last but not least, some quotes, solutions, and tips are included in this helpful guide. They will lead you along to happier feelings and emotions, so you can rid yourself of something that could be blocking you from progressing at your own pace.

This practical self-help guide “illuminates the heartbreaking costs of childhood trauma and . . . offers the promising science of healing and prevention” (Jack Kornfield, author of A Path With Heart).

The trauma we suffer as children not only shapes our emotional lives as adults, but it also affects our physical health, longevity, and overall well-being. Scientists now know on a bio-chemical level how Adverse Childhood Experience (ACEs)—such as bullying, abuse, death in the family, divorce, or an alcoholic parent—can leave permanent, physical “fingerprints” on our brains.

When children encounter sudden or chronic adversity, stress hormones cause powerful changes in the body, altering the body’s chemistry. The developing immune system and brain react to this chemical barrage by permanently resetting children’s stress response to “high,” which in turn can have a devastating impact on their mental and physical health as they grow up.

Donna Jackson Nakazawa shares stories from people who have recognized and overcome their adverse experiences, shows why some children are more immune to stress than others, and explains why women are at particular risk. Childhood Disrupted offers practical ways to help reset your biology—and help your loved ones find ways to heal.
