This audiobook is narrated by an AI Voice. Everyone knows ChatGPT. Almost no one knows how much they are leaving on the table by not using Claude.

How to Use Claude AI is the practical guide to one of the most powerful and underutilized AI tools available today—built by Anthropic and quietly outperforming ChatGPT on the tasks that matter most to writers, business owners, developers, students, and anyone who works with information for a living. This audiobook closes the gap between knowing Claude exists and actually knowing how to use it at a level that changes how you work.

Inside this audiobook you will learn what makes Claude different from ChatGPT and why those differences matter for writing, analysis, coding, research, and long-form thinking tasks, how to write prompts that unlock Claude's full capability instead of getting generic outputs that sound like every other AI response, how to use Claude's extended context window to analyze entire documents, contracts, reports, and research papers in a single session, how to use Claude for content creation, copywriting, email drafting, summarization, and business communication that sounds like you wrote it, how to use Claude for coding assistance, debugging, and building real projects even if you are not a developer, how to set up Claude Projects to maintain persistent context across ongoing work, how to use Claude's artifacts feature to generate and iterate on documents, code, and structured outputs, and how to integrate Claude into your daily workflow so it compounds your productivity over time rather than remaining a novelty you use occasionally.

If you have been sleeping on Claude AI, this audiobook is your wake-up call.

In the summer of 2022, Lee Berger lost 50 pounds in order to wriggle though impossibly small openings in the Rising Star cave complex in South Africa—spaces where his team has been unearthing the remains of Homo naledi, a proto-human likely to have coexisted with Homo sapiens some 250,000 years ago. The lead researcher on the site, still Berger had never made his way into the dark, cramped, dangerous underground spaces where many of the naledi fossils had been found. Now he was ready to do so. Once inside the cave, Berger made shocking new discoveries that expand our understanding of this early hominid—discoveries that stand to alter our fundamental understanding of what makes us human. So what does it all mean? Join Berger on the adventure of a lifetime as he explores the Rising Star cave system and begins the complicated process of explaining these extraordinary finds—finds that force a rethinking of human evolution, and discoveries that Berger calls "the Rosetta stone of the human mind."

Cybersecurity is the practice of protecting systems, networks, and programs from digital attacks that aim to access, change, or destroy sensitive information, extort money from users, or interrupt normal business processes. In the modern digital world, where every aspect of personal life, business, and government is connected through information technology, the importance of cybersecurity has grown exponentially.
This comprehensive exploration of cybersecurity provides a deep understanding of the concepts, technologies, practices, and challenges in the field. It covers the history and evolution of cybersecurity, common types of cyber threats (such as malware, phishing, ransomware, and DDoS attacks), critical cybersecurity principles (like confidentiality, integrity, and availability), and the various domains involved, including network security, application security, information security, and operational security.
It further examines cybersecurity frameworks and standards, risk management strategies, the role of cryptography, security policies, and incident response procedures. Real-world case studies are analyzed to highlight the consequences of cyber-attacks and the lessons learned. The final sections address cybersecurity in emerging technologies (like AI, IoT, and cloud computing), international regulations, and the future of global cybersecurity.
This guide is ideal for students, professionals, and anyone interested in understanding the mechanisms, tools, and importance of defending digital infrastructure in the 21st century.

THE HIGHS. THE HEARTBREAKS. THE HANGOVERS.
THE PERSONAL. THE VULNERABLE. THE DOWNRIGHT ABSURD.
    IT'S TIME TO RELOAD.
The rugby boys are back – and this time, it’s personal. Alex, Mike, and Hask return with their second book, ready to tackle everything from rugby highs and lows, to the absurdities of everyday life.
As was widely predicted, our first book, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby – Unleashed, did not win a Pulitzer Prize. It did, however, scoop Sports Entertainment Book of the Year at the 2025 Charles Tyrwhitt Sports Book Awards (and sold quite a lot of copies), so here we are again, back for a sequel.
What more have we to say? It’s a fair question. Hask can mine more new material from a trip to the supermarket than most people can from an entire lifetime – and you won’t be surprised to learn that he hasn’t just been hanging around Asda since our last book came out. He recently turned 40, he’s been through much personal turmoil, he’s done an awful lot of DJing – and he’s had a lot of arguments. Expect much of that, and even some thoughts on rugby, in the following pages.
As for Tins, you’ll find out about his early days in rugby, how he had to fight to make it, what he thinks of the state of the game, and his plans to get it back on track. Meanwhile, Alex will tell you all about his career in broadcasting, from making (‘disgusting’) tea and coffee, and presenting some of the greatest rugby matches in history, to getting binned by Sky.
We should end by begging you to pardon our previous flippancy. It was, of course, lovely to win that award, as well as very surprising. In fact, The Good, The Bad & The Rugby will never stop surprising us, and its continuing success is largely down to you – our wonderful listeners, viewers and now readers. We do hope you enjoy what follows and that you keep coming back for more.
Winners of the Charles Tyrwhitt Sports Book Awards 2025 Sports Entertainment Book of the Year, for their previous book The Good, The Bad and The Rugby – Unleashed.
In this non-fiction sequel, Haskell continues to share his humorous memoirs, diving deeper into his personal turmoil and his journey into the world of DJing. His candid revelations, coupled with Tins insights into the state of rugby and Alex's broadcasting career, make this an up-coming bestseller.
For fans of Rachel Murphy (Loose Head), Christopher Andersen (Jackie After Jack), Robert Jobson (Diana), Luke Upton (Hard Men of Rugby), and Peter Crouch (How to Be an Ex-Footballer).

When this delicate ecosystem, known as the gut microbiome, is thrown off balance, it can trigger a range of health issues.

Eat this, not that. Enjoy all foods in moderation. Love yourself. Lose weight. These are just a few of the contradictory messages many of us face every day. No wonder we've never felt more confused about what to eat, how our bodies "should" look, and what it means to be "healthy."Through personal narratives, clinical examples, extant research, as well as expert and stakeholder insights, The New Food Fight offers an incisive guide to the complex and increasingly polarized fields of eating disorders and weight management. Written with both expertise and empathy, the authors unpack common myths, address misinformation, and provide compelling recommendations to unite two fields that, as it turns out, may be more alike than they are different.A must-read for anyone who has grappled with body image concerns, deliberated over what to eat, or found themselves torn between self-acceptance and wanting to change their body.
