ADHD Behind Closed Doors is a heartfelt, unfiltered look at what it really means to parent a child with ADHD. It’s not a guidebook or a list of strategies. It’s a raw, honest account of the emotional reality behind the closed doors of families navigating neurodivergence.
Told through journal entries, personal stories, and the voice of a mother who has lived every word, this book shines a light on the moments we don’t often talk about, the shame, the guilt, the exhaustion, the deep love, and the quiet resilience it takes to keep going.
Mirka Frommenwiler doesn’t offer easy answers. She offers solidarity. With fierce honesty and deep compassion, she names what often goes unnamed, giving voice to the emotional truth of parenting a child who doesn't fit the mould.
If you’ve ever felt alone, overwhelmed, or unsure whether anyone else really understands, this book is for you.

From the unapologetic bad boy of professional golf comes a rip-roaring account of his rollercoaster life and career
From his battles with alcoholism and gambling addiction to marital problems (his fourth and current wife is facing money-laundering charges) and a highly publicized breakdown during a nationally televised tournament, John Daly has hit into his share of hazards.
Daly’s play-it-as-it-lies approach drives a thrillingly candid memoir of a larger-than-life athlete battling the links, addiction, depression, weight problems, and, perhaps worst of all, divorce lawyers. Taking readers off the fairway and into his million-dollar motorhome for a rollicking ride through his life—a never-ending circuit of booze, golf, country music, and Hooter Girls—Daly reveals how a down home Everyman from Arkansas managed to conquer the greens, dodge the hazards, and finally take control of his life (sort of).

Discover the fascinating similarities between human and canine experiences in this thought-provoking book. Canine behaviour expert Jessica Eden O'Neill draws on her personal and professional experiences to explore topics such as empathizing with nervous dogs, the chaos of dog parks, and the true meaning of being a canine parent. This emotional, authentic, and sometimes comical narrative is a must-read for all dog lovers seeking a unique and entertaining path to canine enlightenment. Through relatable parallels, readers are challenged to reconsider their perceptions of dogs and become better pet owners, ultimately leading to a better understanding of their role in their dog's life.“An engaging, thought provoking, and sometimes humorous look at parenting our dogs. Jessica Eden O’Neill compares the many challenges of raising children and living life with those of caring for our canine companions. Jessica recounts countless, real-life events as she draws parallels with the struggles of dogs in our care. Her sometimes colourful and emotive language is a reminder of the realities we often face. This is not a “how to have a perfectly obedient dog” sort of book; it’s a philosophy and a guide to help us be responsible, kind, empathetic dog parents and to help our dogs be happy.”—Shay Kelly, Canine Behaviour Consultant and author of Canine Enrichment: The Book Your Dog Needs You to Read, Dog Training & Behaviour: A Guide for Everyone, and Puppy Nurture: Raising Your Puppy with Love“O’Neill’s new book cleverly draws parallels between her human home and work life, and the lives of dogs. Through the sharing of personal anecdotes and colorful stories, she is able to convey the intricate, complex, and rewarding relationship we have with our dogs. Her humour is delightful, as she lends a strong voice to “those yelling from the rooftops,” working hard to change the way we think about dogs, “helping owners to reframe their understanding of what dog training should look like.” O’Ne

Rabindranath Tagore was born in 1861 in the vast city of Calcutta. His Brahman family was wealthy and prominent; his father, Maharishi Debendranath Tagore, was a scholar and religious reformer. Tagore, the youngest of his family, began composing poetry at the young age of eight. His earliest education was provided by tutors, followed then by a variety of schools including one year at a college in London. Tagore wrote his first collection of poems at the age of 17, and it was published by one of his friends as a surprise gift. He later collected a large selection of folklore and local legands from the area now known as Bangladesh. Then, in between 1893 and the beginning of the 1890s, he published a total of seven volumes of poetry. Among these were The Golden Boat (Sonar Tari) and the well known Khanika. This was probably one of the most productive writing segments in his life, and it resulted in an inaptly applied epitaph, The Bengali Shelley’. Probably one of the most valuable things regarding Tagore’s writings is that he wrote in the more common dialects of the local people, refusing to write in the traditional language of India. Although this was very popular among the common people, the scholars and critics who reviewed his work found it less acceptable.
A very judicious collection of poems from the large corpus of Tagore's poetry has been rendered by Dr.N.Ramani in this audio book.
