Synopsis

Jerome Hightower has a problem: his neighbor Kenneth, and his cows. When that problem gains the attention of the local authorities, he has to solve it. Or suffer the consequences. 
	 
Fences And Neighbors is a short story set in a post-apocyalptic world.
