Synopsis

“AI Future” explores how artificial intelligence (AI), virtual reality (VR), and machine learning (ML) are transforming education globally. The book argues that strategic and ethical implementation of these technologies can significantly enhance learning outcomes and bridge educational divides. It emphasizes the potential for AI to create personalized learning experiences, adapting to individual student needs, and democratizing access to information. One intriguing fact is how AI algorithms analyze student data to customize learning paths.

The book begins with fundamental concepts, tracing AI's evolution and integrating it into educational platforms. Subsequent chapters delve into personalized learning, VR/AR applications, and AI-powered assessment. It examines how VR can create immersive learning environments and how AI automates assessment, providing personalized feedback.

“AI Future” uniquely presents an analysis framework for evaluating AI tools based on accessibility, scalability, and adaptability. Ethical considerations, such as data privacy and algorithmic bias, are also addressed. The book concludes with recommendations for educators and policymakers on harnessing AI for a more equitable education system, supported by case studies and research. This comprehensive approach makes it valuable for understanding and implementing AI in educational settings.

The controversy around the case of a former Green Beret’s murder of his wife shows the lengths the government will go to to keep its secrets hidden. It was a dreary winter afternoon in Ayer, Massachusetts, a quintessential New England town, the type which is romanticized in Robert Frost’s poems. But on January 30, 1979, a woman’s scream was heard piercing the northeast tempest wind. In an unassuming apartment building on Washington Street, Elaine Tyree, a mother, wife, and US Army soldier, had her life brutally ripped from her. Her husband, William Tyree, a Special Forces soldier, was convicted of this heinous murder, which he has always vehemently denied. Some elements of this case seem to be chilling echoes of the Jeffrey MacDonald case, made famous in the book and film Fatal Vision. A military doctor and US Army Captain, MacDonald was convicted of murdering his pregnant wife and two daughters but always maintained his innocence. As in the MacDonald case, the case against William Tyree raises questions as to whether the government and military suppressed evidence that could prove his innocence. The Tyree case sent a shockwave through the idyllic community of Ayer, the United States Army, and the judicial system of Massachusetts. This case provoked suspicions of judicial misconduct, government cover-up, clandestine Black Ops by the military, and various conspiracy theories ultimately implicating “Deep State” involvement. The events that took place that fateful day, the subsequent courtroom showdown, and the ongoing legal battles raise provocative questions that continue to revolve around this case to this day.

In the United States, a majority of students graduate below proficiency in all academic subjects. Parents of struggling students feel overwhelmed and confused about how to help their children simply survive school, let alone succeed. Various school reform efforts have been tried and all have failed. But all hope is not lost. A science exists that allows children to learn as individuals even though at school they are educated in groups. One that avoids senseless labels that sentence children to lifetimes of failure and mediocrity.
Dr. Kimberly Berens and a team of scientists have spent the last 20 years perfecting a powerful system of instruction based on the learning, behavioral, and cognitive sciences that they call Fit Learning. This method of teaching has been proven to markedly improve how students understand and achieve, even for children who have been told they have learning disabilities or other disorders that interfere with their ability to learn.
Blind Spots reveals the history of our broken education system and shows that by using this teaching system in the classroom, we can unlock the vast potential hidden within every child.

This book contains two titles. Here are some snippets of what you can find in there:
Book 1 -  Verbal abuse involves making negative, defining statements about a person or withholding responses to diminish their presence. Essentially, it means belittling, insulting, or patronizing someone, or gossiping behind their back.
When the abuser fails to apologize or retract their harmful statements, the relationship may be characterized by verbal abuse. Such abuse is often driven by underlying anger, which fuels and sustains the abusive behavior.
In schools and everyday life, verbal abuse, often accompanied by physical bullying, serves to elevate the abuser's status over their target and to rally others against the victim. Typically, the bully may not know any other way to connect with others emotionally.
Book 2 - Influence, at its core, means having the power to affect people or situations. Subconsciously, we are constantly influenced and are influencing others through countless factors that impact our decisions. Even something as mundane as choosing toothpaste involves a myriad of external influences. Influence is a universal phenomenon, not confined by species or origin. Although the factors that contribute to influence might seem endless, social scientists have identified fewer than ten key aspects. This book will explore how to effectively influence others to achieve your desired outcomes.
