The mirror needs to become your best friend, otherwise, you will be faced with figuring out life on your own, which can become a very lonely place indeed. Your fears, anger, boredom, and addictions will always make their way to the surface, which creates uncertainty in the core of your being. Every person was once a young child with great big dreams...dreams of being the hero, of becoming something, or rising to the top doing daring feats like rescuing the damsel in distress. What happens to those dreams when we grow up? "What does today's man resemble?"Then look around, most people, especially men, are bored to struggle with self-confidence. 
  Life can be full of adventure, yet we were not placed on earth to figure this out on our own. We need to become crucial influencers and conscious men, take daring leaps and risks, go on unknown adventures, become mentors to our children and lead them out of uncertainty into a prosperous life. We need to be ready right now. 
  MariusVan Der Nist is a 10 X Ironman triathlon finisher, ex-international rugby union player, publisher of numerous international magazines, including 220Triathalon, Triathlete, Sport & Image magazines as well as author of It's Al About You. She was awarded the 1986 Nobel Prize in Physiology or Medicine jointly with colleague Stanley Cohen for the discovery of nerve growth factor (NGF), the protein that causes cell growth due to stimulated nerve tissue.

  In April 1938, Swift River Valley residents held a farewell ball to mark the demise of the quintessential New England town of Enfield and its three smaller neighbors, Greenwich, Dana, and Prescott.

  Capitalism, as an economic system, is based on private ownership of the means of production and the creation of goods or services for profit. In capitalist societies, market forces—supply and demand—determine the distribution of resources and wealth. This system is characterized by competition, limited government intervention, and the pursuit of profit. Over time, capitalism has evolved in response to global events, technological advancements, and changes in social and political structures. However, a fundamental aspect of capitalism that persists is the inherent inequality it creates. 
  Inequality in capitalist societies can be understood in several forms: wealth inequality, income inequality, and social inequality. Wealth inequality refers to the uneven distribution of assets like property, stocks, and savings, where a small percentage of the population controls a large share of the wealth. Income inequality, on the other hand, concerns the differences in wages and salaries among workers, managers, and capital owners. Social inequality arises from disparities in access to resources like education, healthcare, and housing, which are often shaped by economic factors. 
  At the heart of capitalist inequality is the idea that economic success is determined by individual effort, entrepreneurship, and market performance. While this promotes competition and innovation, it also leads to stark divides between the wealthy and the poor.
