Synopsis

One night, while Sunny is out for a walk, getting rid of her ya-yas, Frank spies, in a puddle of moonlight, a magnificent cat. She has nifty black paws. A long tail with splendid rings. A mask to hide her identity. 
 
She is an enigma, which is an extra-beautiful mystery. Frank is smitten. 
 
With the help of Sunny and a garrulous parrot named Cap’n Keith, Frank makes a plan to declare his undying love at first sight. But aside from hilarious shenanigans, will anything come of it?
