    "What killed him?" asked Reynard.
"We don't know it seems like it may have been a dark enchantment," said Death.
"Oh?" said Reynard, "Yes what sort of enchantment?"
"We are reading up on it in our library of enchantments," said Death.
A grim reaper walked out of a dark portal between the dimensions of the living and the dead.
"Dante, hi," said Death to the reaper who was his assistant.
"Hi, Blake," said Dante the reaper.
    "Anything new?" asked Death.
"Yes we found the spell," said Dante.
    "What was it?" asked Death.
"It came from the Book of Death," Dante said.
"You have a book?" said Reynard.
"No, its not my book! It's the Egyptian Book of the Dead," said Death.
    "It's real?" asked Reynard.
    "Yes," said Dante.
"Is it a rogue reaper killing people?" asked Reynard.
"No it could be anyone it was lost ages ago?" said Death.
    "Where?" asked Reynard.
    "We don't know?" said Death.
"How could you lose a cursed book?" asked Reynard shocked.
"We don't know it was lost," said Death.
Reynard understood, but felt no comfort that a killer had it now.

Condemned to a ghastly death, he navigates the terrors of a dungeon's darkness, tormented by the threat of a descending, razor-sharp pendulum. Poe's evocative prose draws listeners into the narrator's desperate struggle for escape, painting a vivid picture of fear, suspense, and the triumph of the human spirit in the face of relentless horror.
