Synopsis

Once again, we join our 2 beloved characters on their next adventure, going to a birthday party. What can go wrong there, you say? A beautiful dragon cake that has smoke coming out his nose, a dragon pinata, a dragon waterslide with a water shooting cannon, and an adventurous turtle can cause a lot of chaos. Toys on a top shelf of a big toy store, toys that make a lot of noise, and shelving that isn't screwed in properly can only bring disaster when Rowdy is around.
