Lieutenant Jennifer Slaughter takes command of a new, state of the art Marine Fishery Enforcement ocean-going vessel for its maiden voyage. With six crew, Jennifer's primary concern is with the last-minute addition of a rookie, replacing a qualified crewmember who trained alongside her and the others for three months.
