One of the most essential habits that lead to happiness and fulfillment is to exercise regularly. It doesn't necessarily have to be lifting weights or running a marathon. It's about engaging in mildly strenuous activity to oxygenate the blood and boost the body's endorphins. Regardless of the type of exercise you do, you will benefit from it as long as you do it regularly. 
  
Set a schedule for exercise and commit to it no matter how busy you are. Aim for an hour of exercise at least 5 days a week for optimal results. However, you will most likely stick to something you enjoy doing more. You're not limited to working out at the gym or lacing up your running shoes. 
  
Therefore, allow yourself to find something you enjoy doing that best suits your lifestyle and preferences. For example, you can participate in a dance class, shoot hoops, take a nature walk, swim in the pool, join a community sports league, play tennis, run with your dog, hike, bike, or do yoga in the park. If you're struggling to think of activities you enjoy, think back to when you were a kid. What sports or games did you enjoy playing?
