America: Standing Strong, from award-winning author Robert J. Emery (www.robertjemeryauthor.com)
In 1920, while campaigning for the office of president, Warren G. Harding said in a campaign speech, “America’s present need is not heroics, but healing; not nostrums, but normalcy.”
That is where America finds itself today.
“America: Standing Strong” brings together investigative reporters, scholars, scientists, philosophers, medical professionals, elected officials across the political spectrum and an endless string of quotes from respected voices, past and present, to examine the events of recent years, not what we already know, but what we may not, or have yet to acknowledge, in our quest for reformation. Every voice counts.

'I want to provide a call to action for fellow conservatives who believe in our nation and our way of life and who share my frustration at what has been going wrong with our politics and governance. I want others to heed the warnings of what I saw happening and learn the lessons of the battle I lost.'
Over the course of a decade as a minister, Liz Truss sought to champion limited government and individual freedom in the face of the left-wing political agenda that frames the debate in so many institutions. Ousted by the establishment but still fighting for conservatism, Truss argues here that the rise of authoritarianism and the adoption of fashionable ideas propagated by the global left give us barely a decade to preserve the economic and cultural freedoms and institutions that the West holds so dear.
Peppered with newsworthy anecdotes from Truss's time in public life – such as her memorable last meeting with Queen Elizabeth II, her confrontations with the regimes in Moscow and Beijing, her encounters with the Trump administration and her dismay at the political class's attempt to betray Brexit – Ten Years to Save the West is an urgent and impassioned call to conservatives about the radical changes that are needed for us to save the West. Ignore her warning at your peril.

In many ways, the conflict surrounding the missing rifles is a point of convergence of the exploitation of Africa and the negligence shown toward the local people and their value to the world.
It is one of the main reasons it continues to go unnoticed in many countries, yet it is a story that must be told.
Inside, But, Whose Fault? Part One, discover:
    ●	essential background information about the local people and community
    ●	the political context behind the events that unfolded
    ●	the initial factors that influenced the confrontation
    ●	the company behind the Nguvu mining project

The Olmec people are widely recognized as the first major civilization of Mexico and are thus generally regarded as the mother civilization of Mesoamerica, making them the people from which all subsequent Mesoamerican cultures derived. In fact, the term Olmec is thought to have originated with the Aztec people, as Olmec in their Nahuatl language means “the rubber people”, a reference to the inhabitants of the land from which they accessed rubber. By and large, the Olmec culture is perhaps best identifiable by their so-called colossal heads, mammoth basalt head-statues wearing helmet-like headdresses found throughout Olmec habitation sites.
The Toltec are one of the most famous Mesoamerican groups in South America, but they are also the most controversial and mysterious. The Toltec have been identified as the group that established a strong state centered in Tula (in present-day Mexico), and the Aztec claimed the Toltec as their cultural predecessors, so much so that the word Toltec comes from the Aztec’s word Tōltēcatl, translated as artisan. The Aztec also kept track of the Toltec’s history, including keeping a list of important rulers and events, that suggest the peak of the Toltec occurred from about 900-1100 CE.
In 2012 especially, there was a renewed focus on the Mayans, whose advanced calendar has led many to speculate the world will end on the same date the Mayan calendar ends. The focus on the “doomsday” scenario, however, has overshadowed the Mayans’ true contribution to astronomy, language, sports, and art.
From the moment Spanish conquistador Hernan Cortes first found and confronted them, the Aztecs have fascinated the world, and they continue to hold a unique place both culturally and in pop culture. Nearly 500 years after the Spanish conquered their mighty empire, the Aztecs are often remembered today for their major capital, Tenochtitlan, as well as their human sacrifice rituals.

We Jews wrongly believe we're immune to alcoholism and addiction—instead, individuals, families, and communities are suffering because of the stigmas surrounding addiction and recovery in the Jewish world.

"Is the 12 step program suitable for Jews? In this book Michael Levin shows with learning, sensitivity and wisdom why the answer is a resounding 'Yes.'" —Rabbi David Wolpe

"Shikkur is a goy." This Yiddish phrase means "Only Gentiles can be alcoholics," but it's not true. Jews suffer from alcoholism and addiction at the same rate as everyone else in society. Due to the stigma surrounding addiction in our community, people are dying unnecessarily . . . because they believe they can't get help. Jews and Booze attacks the stigmas surrounding addiction and recovery in our world.
