Synopsis

Wellington Snow, finished with college, was trying to decide what to do with his life. New York called, and he was listening. Then his father hired a new maid and his whole world was upset. How could Father have hired Hannah Turner? She was the sheriff's daughter. She wasn't supposed to be a servant! But there she was, serving their meals, cleaning house and everything else that went with being a maid. Problem was, she was making it difficult for him to stick to his plans. And then there was the fact Hannah had plans of her own. 
 
 
 
Hannah Turner had a dream. Go to college, get educated, then travel the world. Simple, right? All she had to do was earn the money, and her dreams would come true. Problem was, the only job she could get was as a maid in the Snow household. Toss in Wilhemina Snow's friends, the Hamptons of New York, and Hannah has her hands full. Not only does she have to deal with the Snows' snobbish company, but she's also helping with the annual town picnic along with its first play. A take on Romeo and Juliet.
