Synopsis

"She's an eleven-year-old girl who happens to use a wheelchair and is known as mixed race, who meets an artist in a pink beach shack near her home. A friendship blooms when the girl’s greatest wish is fulfilled, to care for a leatherback turtle. The tale has an environmental message about the dangers of plastic in the ocean as well as a reminder that even in death, those we love never, leave our hearts.”
