Synopsis

The Mullis farm has stood for generations, but with Jacob Mullis gone, the land must now pass into new hands. His youngest son, Randy, is left to welcome the prospective buyers, only to discover they are less interested in the farm itself than in the legend of the “Lady of the Fields,” said to haunt the land.

Randy recounts the heartbreak that shaped his father’s life: a forbidden love with Melissa, the tragic loss that followed, and the bitter years of separation from his daughter. Grief followed Jacob at every turn, from the deaths of his parents to the devastating day he lost his wife.

Yet even in the shadow of so much sorrow, Jacob never stopped hoping. His final wish was simple but profound—that his scattered family might one day come together, and that Wendy, the daughter he never stopped longing for, might return home.

As legend and memory intertwine, can the magic of the fields—and the mysterious lady who walks them—heal the past and grant Jacob Mullis the peace he sought for so long?

New town, new house… new dangers.
For Lynn, ditching Miami and moving to a small town hadn’t been about leaving her old life behind, it had been about moving forward with her new one. Though she hadn’t anticipated that this newfound happiness, she had discovered here would come with new threats.
It’s been 11 years since the gathering, and since Lynn discovered more about her true ancestry. They’d all learned a lot more about family, friendship, and their gifts, except along with this knowledge came the sacrifices and loses that we tended to learn about the hard way. Thankfully, there have been many joys, successes, and even a financial windfall for them along the journey. But what came next, this new threat, not even Lynn’s gift of premonition could have ever seen it coming.
What if the wrong people knew you could see or sense things that they couldn’t. What if it put you, your family, and so many other innocents in danger? But what if you could help the innocent by using your gift—would you do it, would you risk it?
