Synopsis

In 1924, two pioneering Scottish women embark on a perilous journey to conquer the icy summits of the mountainous state of The Himolo. A century later, the fallout from their adventure threatens the interests of a mining giant with the controversial rights to excavate under a nearby glacier.

In response, a group of corrupt officials and unhinged scientists hatch a plot with shocking reverberations. Among those affected is Pradesh, a well-meaning local schoolteacher who unwittingly becomes entangled in the cover-up.

A criminal syndicate, a religious sect in Bali and a shadowy art collector in London all seem to be connected to the deceit. But what secrets are buried beneath the ice?

Written with a liberal dose of satire and irreverence, J.K. Proctor's HEMADRI NADI - A GLACIER TOO FAR is an intriguing environmental thriller that seamlessly blends corporate conspiracy, social injustice and historical mystery.

Some murders are so perfect they just have to be done again.

The body of a naked woman is discovered in a Manchester park. Her murder has all the hallmarks of a notorious killer known as the Suffolk Strangler. But there's a problem—the Strangler is serving a life sentence in prison.

So is this just a coincidence? Or is there a copycat killer on the prowl?

As DCI Jane Phillips and her Major Crimes team begin to piece together the victim's final hours, another body is discovered, and this time it's a carbon copy of murders committed by the infamous Muswell Hill Murderer.

Now Phillips is in no doubt—she's chasing a psychopath who has been inspired by Britain's most horrifying serial killers. As the body count rises, psychological profiler Dr. Siobhan Harris joins the team and little by little they begin to build a picture of a terrifying predator.

But their opponent is smart, careful, and always seems to be one step ahead.

Can Phillips stop the killer before another brutal murder is meticulously restaged? Or will even more victims be consumed by this deadly obsession?

Reverend Townsend was dead. The clergyman's bound legs hung limply from the oven, whilst his torso remained stuck in the still glowing hot oven. The only clue: a fairy tale book whose open pages revealed the tale of Hansel and Gretel. Inspector Wolfford couldn't make head nor tail of it and consulted the master detective. At this point, however, Holmes and Watson didn't yet know that this book would unfortunately not be the last to lead them on the murderer's trail.

    What The Moon Brings

Brought to you by Altrusian Grace Media and narrated by Matthew Schmitz.
There are Lovecraft stories that roar with cosmic terror — ancient gods, unknowable entities, the madness of knowledge. And then there is What the Moon Brings. This short, haunting piece is not a tale in the traditional sense, but a dream — or rather, a descent. It belongs to that strange and shadowy corner of Lovecraft’s imagination where logic erodes, and we are left adrift in a realm shaped by mood, moonlight, and the whisper of things not quite seen. First published in 1923, What the Moon Brings reads like a surreal reverie drenched in symbolism. It’s soaked in decay, beauty, and death — and it ends not with a revelation, but with an abyss. It offers no monsters, no names, no answers. Only images… and dread. This is Lovecraft at his most dreamlike, a foreshadowing of the rich, inward landscapes he would explore more fully in The Dream-Quest of Unknown Kadath and Ex Oblivione. It is a story that does not explain itself — it feels itself through you. Read it not for plot, but for atmosphere. Let it soak into your skin like moonlight on black water. Let it show you what the moon brings — when the dreamer can no longer wake.

My blood kills cancer. Yep, that's right. The big bad C word that scares just about everyone these days. My blood kills it. Dead. Dead Kennedy's invitation to the White House dead. Disappointed George Romero dead. Doesn't matter what type of cancer. It quickly finds itself outmaneuvered, surrounded, and mercilessly crushed by an iron-red phalanx.
Just a few drops of my blood drops mind you, and miracles start happening. Time to get my parents back, but to do that I need to raise a lot of money. Fast. Only time will tell if this crazy plan will work.
