Poor Lydia Davidson. On the very morning she is about to fly to Europe for a two-week business trip, she gets a call from her angry boss informing her that she neglected to get her travel physical done. He then orders her to get herself to a nearby walk-in clinic--the only one open at this early hour--or risk losing her job.

Poor Brian Davidson. It's bad enough that, due to his beautiful wife’s extreme modesty in the bedroom, he goes through his days sexually frustrated and unfulfilled. But now, she's going away for two weeks, leaving him even more frustrated than usual.

Then, upon arriving at the clinic, Lydia and Brian receive the biggest shock of their lives: The only doctor on duty is Brian's brother Adam. And Adam, who's always been jealous of Brian, isn't about to let a gorgeous and shapely woman like Lydia off without putting her through the works.

In other words, Lydia is about to undergo the most embarrassing, debasing examination imaginable. And talk about comprehensive. Those sticklers in Europe sure are strict with their medical requirements!

And Brian? Well, he isn’t about to go wait out front during this exam--not with his wife naked on the other side of the curtain...and at the hands of his own brother! He peeps in around the edge of the curtain and…

Yowza! There's his wife—assuming positions he would have killed to get her in, driving him mad with desire. And argh! There's his brother--feeling and probing his own wife in ways he'd never been allowed to enjoy.

Lydia is humiliated to the hilt. And Brian is horny and jealous to the hilt. There’s no telling what can happen from here. But one thing is for sure: Brian is not about to walk away from that clinic empty-handed!

Durante degli Alighieri, usually referred to simply as Dante was born in Italy, and lived from c. 1265 to c. 1321. He was a major poet during the Middle Ages. He wrote the famouse Divine Comedy, which was originally called Comedìa (modern Italian: Commedia). The work was later christened Divina by Boccaccio. It is widely considered the greatest literary work composed in the Italian language and a masterpiece of world literature. In the late Middle Ages, the overwhelming majority of poetry was written in Latin, and therefore accessible only to affluent and educated audiences.

He's a tattooed, blue-eyed jerk who has no business being a single dad. He's also my next-door neighbor, and after negotiations, my grumpy employer for the summer.

I don't put up with cocky males normally and I certainly won't put up with that man making noise at all hours of the day and night while he builds his glamp-ground. I offer advice, but the stubborn fool just turns his tractor on to drown me out. He returns the favor by pushing my buttons and making me so angry I can't see straight. And I really want to be able to see his gorgeous body in those well-worn jeans and backward hat.

Amidst the verbal warfare, I discover he's hiding scars from a recent accident. I also find out his light eyes heat up to a smoldering icy gray when I give as good as I get. Makes me want to see just how far I can push him and what he'll do when he boils over.

Gannon's been dealt a rough hand in life, and when I find a way under that gruff—and stupidly handsome—exterior, I find that maybe he's not Grumpy the Bear as I nicknamed him, but instead just a teddy bear.

    Contains mature themes.
