Synopsis

Author Bio: Jan Salisbury has worked with leaders for 35 years in her practice as a Master Certified Executive Coach and a consultant for teams and organization.  She co-founded Leaders Who Coach™ at the request of leaders she was coaching who wanted to learn the same process as professional coaches.  Then they requested she write a coaching book for leaders.  She co-founded the ICF High Country Coaching Chapter for professional coaches—it now encompasses five states, and she has been a Vistage Chair for ten years, facilitating leadership growth through speakers, coaching and a group coaching process.
