'Feel the rhythms
Of your own heartbeat
As I tell you a story
My story'
A woman, shaken by a broken relationship, finds herself discovering love in the last place – and with the last person – she ever expected.
Based on Jade Anouka's own experience, and told through poetry, HEART is a raw and honest exploration of love, loss and self-discovery, celebrating the resilience of the human spirit and the beauty of human connection.
It was first performed by Anouka herself, as an Audible Original audio play, before being presented on stage at the Minetta Lane Theatre in New York, the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, and Brixton House in London. This edition of the play also includes a selection of the author's poems.

Samadhi is a channeled poetry book about finding enlightenment, and awakening the world through the divine light of your soul.
This poetry book is for those who are ready to rise as leaders of the new earth, and awaken the world.
    It's time to discover
    Your highest light
    As the stars illuminate
    The dark of the night
    And guide the way
    For those who explore
It's time to open the gateway
    And unlock the door
    To a life of prosperity
    And inner bliss
    Your reality will change
    When you experience this
    No longer will you
    Limit your soul
    You will discover your essence
    And find you are whole
    Allow yourself to reunite
With the light of the divine
    It's time to rise
    And let yourself shine
This channeled poetry book was inspired by my search for enlightenment, and how yogis achieve this state in samadhi.
If you’re ready to shine your divine light upon the world, Samadhi The Divine Light will be your lighthouse in the dark!

'Something is shifting between you – again.
    Something terrifying
    and comforting.'
Dre and Des. Young. Gifted. Black. He stayed. She left.
Years later, Des and Dre come crashing back into each other's lives, carrying new secrets and old scars. With the clock counting down until Des has to leave again, memories of their past collide with their present and they're forced to question if destiny has brought them back together for a reason.
Benedict Lombe's play Shifters is a fierce, funny and beautifully intoxicating celebration of the enduring power of memory and first love. It was performed at the Bush Theatre, London, in 2024, directed by Artistic Director Lynette Linton, before transferring to the Duke of York's Theatre in London's West End.
Benedict Lombe's other plays include Lava, also for the Bush Theatre, which won the Susan Smith Blackburn Prize for Playwriting.

Read by the author, Jake Hawkey. In But & Though, Jake Hawkey scrutinizes the impact of parental addiction on families, its title a nod to the language of dependency, its circles of prevarication and excuse.Hawkey’s poems chart the loss of a father and the resilient love between siblings, and take an unflinching look at a parent–child relationship sometimes painfully inverted through alcoholism.Hawkey’s fresh perspective and playful style introduces a vital, authentic new voice in British poetry. It will appeal also to those interested in the wider literature of addiction and the complexities of urban working-class life in Britain. Hawkey approaches these subjects from highly original and personal angles, breathing life into his characters and settings. Ultimately, we come to know a young writer attempting to ‘detach with love’ as he strides forward into his own life.

In England the Victorian Age was about to become the past and a new age of worldwide wars of horror and slaughter would envelop and decimate generations, forever staining mankind.

The Century would see the World discover strengths. The Democracies would stand firm against Fascism and later Communism yet still keep its own elite and privileged in power and the rest of us underfoot.

The World was more connected than ever before. Culture accelerated its kaleidoscopic and interwoven journey. Transport delivered people by car and train and then aeroplane to far flung corners of the globe. Empires were at their zenith and ready to fragment with new nations, many troubled, rising from their decay.

The natural world continued to be plundered and pillaged for its resources by industries who pledged ‘more’ and ‘better’ and would clothe and feed a growing world yet sow the seeds now ready to devastate us in our current times.

The globe was as vibrant and violent as troubled and tarnished as it ever was. But new ideas, new political systems, new times changed everything once again.

A poetry anthology inspired by passion, travel and love.
there was presence in the stillness,
and stillness in a constant state of transience
where inner and outer worlds were shaped and traced
    by the fading echoes of a single breath left behind;
a memoir of moments lingering far and wide
    mementos hiding in plain sight
    laying await for the next,
    new you to find
