★★★★★This is a fun series and I love the quirky moose who has a part in each story.

The day I left my hometown, I swore I’d never return. I’ve worked hard to build my military career and plan to be a lifer. If it weren’t for the letter left behind by my late mother, Sunset Ridge would’ve stayed in the past where it belonged. 
My plans to slip into town and stay under the radar while I seek out the identity of my father are quickly derailed when a near-miss with the town’s favorite moose causes me to swerve off the road and crash right into the town sign. 
Just my luck that the first person to find me is police chief Ryder Grant. The boy who gave me my first kiss is all grown up and not at all amused. 
Considering my history with this town, I should steer clear of the grumpy cop. But the truth is? I don’t want to.
