Synopsis

A very poor but honest shoemaker discovers that the last bit of leather he owns has been mysteriously turned into a perfect pair of shoes while he slept. As this magical help continues night after night, he and his wife decide to stay up late one evening around Christmas time to find out who their secret, hardworking visitors are.
