Synopsis

Everyone has a final secret. I collect them.  
 My patients aren’t on my ward just to die - they’re here to confess.  
Before the body bag, there’s a final reckoning. Murderers. Serial Killers. Monsters in human skin. They tell me their truths because I don’t flinch - and because I’ve made a deal with death.  
These are the confessions no one gets to hear.  
These are the behind-the-scenes confessions that don’t make it into the Asylum Confession books, the ones I hear but wasn’t sure I’d share.
