Synopsis

Managing an Organization is no less than driving a ship through a sea with mine infected areas. At any point in time, a crisis can strike, and it takes good leaders to cope up with the situation and lead the team to success. Organizations led by leaders with inadequate leadership skills and crisis management easily succumb to external pressure causing great damage not just to the organization head but also to people associated with them. Other than usual challenges, there is certain particular sort of challenges linked to any Organization and to manage the same, foremost important element is leadership. Only with better and authoritative leaders, any organization can travel on the path of success and withstand any crisis that comes on the way. There are numerous examples of the same and time, and now, they have stood as an inspiration for much other organization to follow and learn and use leadership to manage the crisis better.
