Pop Sixties is a spry old fellow, who loves bringing "Joy to the World". From the little town of Porkendellie, located in a string of rural village farms, Pops is an old time carnival and circus mechanic who keeps his tools, amusement, musical and mechanical fun time finds in his large barn. Pops and his pals have set up a radio station in his hayloft window, where he broadcasts daily from the Bubble Bum Barn. Pop's station is a magical place... where the microphones, record players, all the musical instruments, equipment and appliances have a life of their own. When Pops decides to play music from the 60's as new nursery rhymes for today's youngest of listeners, wonderful things begin to happen.
